2017 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Santorini Black

Lower Tailgate adjustment

Gents, anybody know if there is a way to adjust the lower tailgate opening speed/force? Mine is opening 3/4 of the way and then just drops harshly. It used to open nice and smoothly all the way It is almost like I need to put more tension in the cables? Or I'm thinking there might be adjustment in the actuator arm to remove play? 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel
