Dash lights too dim

It seems in dark Mornings the dash is dim lit.
The Sun comes out and it brightens up.
I know where the spin knob is to the left.
Is there a way to control intense brightness?
Seems as if, ambient light controls it.
Leaving me or of the loop.

completely agree, I think it lacks brightness and doesn’t really increase as much as I feel it should. Interested to hear other folks thought.. not sure if there is a hidden tweak .

You would think a tweak would be available.
For decades every car has gotten in right as a no brainer.
Maybe something is wrong with mine.
All you need is an up down switch
I don’t need auto dimming because it’s morning and a computer does not like it.
I like a bright dash 24/7

The light sensor is in the side panels to the screen... See if covering them/placing a torch in front of them makes any difference Thumbs Up
