IID Tool BT is it the tool or me

Why will my IID BT not pick up that I have a suspension fault? It has been updated in the last 3 weeks I am still getting a yellow triangle warning and briefly a red then went off back to yellow checked and no faults are shown?
Something is not telling the compressor to work, vent or pump, when looking at raising suspension with IID tool the temp on the compressor is around 32 degrees and not raising.
I`m a bit at a loss as to what`s happening? If I can`t see it I can`t fix it?

No errors in any ECU? That does seem a bit unusual in my experience at least Laughing

Couple of thoughts. You could try checking ECU Info's for the suspension module to see if it's recognised and communicating okay. Or temporarily changing a suspension height just to check the IID is able to communicate with the suspension module.

You could also try a hard reset (of the car) just in case it is a comms glitch and that fixes it.

Or wait for Pat who I'm sure will sort you out. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

OK, this morning I thought I would try the car with changing the suspension height? I started the car put the car into `N` selected off road and selected raise height up she went, Held the raise height button and up she went pressed the button again to come down which it did and the to access height all ok? So what did I do well yesterday when under the bonnet I noticed that the wires from the adaptive suspension were out from the holder with the rubber grommet which I had replaced with new from Duckworths So I checked both sides that they were ok, put it back together closed the bonnet until this morning and as said before no bong. I will test drive later could it be that simple?
