I really don't know, it's an odd thing really, it messed with my head LOL.

I had decided to sell it and I had hoped to get somewhere near £11k but that really wasnt to be, it's scary how much this vehicle has cost me. At that stage though having made the decision to sell, various avenues were tried, on here, Autotrader, eBay etc and theme was the same, my price was too high. I was on brink of keeping it when I had a call making me an offer that really hurt but was acceptable.

The new owner who is collecting it next week really has got a bargain in so many respects, a tidy car, well sorted, all the usual jobs done including the turbo drains, brake pipes front to rear, front wishbones and ball joints, propshaft, all fluids changed gearbox-diffs-transfer box etc.

I will be sad to see it go, I have enjoyed my time with it, it's an exceptional car. This forum has been amazing and certainly has a good crowd in attendance. I'd like to thank you all for your help, advice and support. BMW i3 Electric Car

Why did you not drop the price to the EBay level on the forum? I’m sure that someone here would have been interested?

When I sold my L494 I advertised it on the various LR forums for a better lower price than other advertising mediums. In the end it went to a specialist dealer for £3500 more than advertised on the RRS forum.
