IIDTool not found - Mac OS

Hi Guys,

My ID Tool arrived today and keen to get it working. Downloaded the downloader on my Mac (High Sierra 10.13.6) installed the drivers and rebooted. plugged the tool in and opened the updater. Device not found.! Tried everything I can think of but nothing. I get an intermittent red flash on the device every once in a while.

I have plugged the tool into the RR and connected to my iPhone and works as expected.

Anyone else had this issue or am I missing something. The GAP site only lists out windows install so just want to be sure I am not missing something stupid.

Thanks

Tim

I have a MacBook and my IID had been temperamental depending on what USB lead I use. One lead works other don't. If you have another USB try it and see if the Mac recognsies it.

My MAC is a bit funny about things being connected, sometimes I have to reboot the computer for things to be "found" but I guess you may well have already tried that. Geoff
