Scotland 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Rimini Red
Back with two

After a near 4 year hiatus back with a 2004 4.4 V8 L322 and a 2016 L405 Vogue SE. Both arrived this month. Nice to be back in FullFats again. Scotia Grey a bit marmite colour wise but like the change it does depending on the dreech weather conditions and the black bits make it look nicer to my eye.

Gratuitous Series 3 pic also. Thumbs Up

I like the colour - and black roof always good IMHO Thumbs Up

If it were mine, I'd get rid of the rest of the silver trim though and replace with black

Yes, I was skulking round PowerfulUK and saw you could get all the black bits. And a black grill...and a.....

Will see what it’s like when totally manky.

Thanks all.

Leave fins body coloured or black as well?

Whatever is to your taste - we are all different - mine are body coloured and I have silver trim (on a black car).

IMHO it's best to go either silver or black throughout - so I guess your other option is silver wheels..... but I think the black looks good on yours Thumbs Up

I would leave the gills body coloured and go black on the bottom and rear bumper trims......the black strip ties the wheels together (visually). Thumbs Up

If you're not convinced, get a roll of black insulating tape and cover over the silver. It'll give you the impression without the cost of replacing the trim for now.

You could try the same trick on the gills if you wanted.
