New man in need of advice

Hey guys, im hoping for some advice.

I currently got a ‘13 Audi A4 1.8 TFSI, but I’ve always wanted a RR.
I recently found a ‘07 Supercharged 4.2l with about 145000km/90k miles.

Is there anything in particular i should be careful with, or is this car something you would stay away from?
