2016 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

Headlight washer fault

Hi, just been quoted £375 to change a “blocked” near side headlight washer on my 66 plate l405.
Has anyone changed one?? Is it bumper off or can it be done from the front? Part itself looks simple, but this is Land Rover!
Any help or experience appreciated Gone
