Les Anglais will need a good scan of the V5 - the first inside page, and €4.80 or so for postage to UK. Debit cards only.

just spotted this! you would think the ferry companies would notify us of this, just out of courtesy. Im off to Les Arcs in a couple of weeks and it can take unto a month to arrive! wouldn't be so bad but we had booked a hotel in Lyon to stay in and will need the vignette to get there!

I suggest you print off a copy of your confirmation email and application reference number.
Surely not even a miserable gendarme wouldn't fine you if you show that...

Recieved the PDF this morning (Sunday) and it has the classification slip on the bottom of it with a barcode and roundel. It appears that this can be cut off and used until the sticker arrives.

I think we have opened a can or worms here.

There seem to be requirements for stickers in Germany, Italy, Austria and The Netherlands to name but a few.
Does anyone know if we have to get stickers to visit each of these countries?

Also, are Euro Class 5 diesels (pre-Sept 2015 registrations) going to be surcharged in London from 2020?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Ah. See, this is where we require a EUROPE wide system!

Not going to those other places at the moment........ so couldn't give a if we need a ticket!

There are plans afoot for several cities in the U.K. Including derby to adopt LEZ regulations. Now how this will affect anything is still unclear for the provinces. Not sure about London and euro5 though!! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Depends of what Euro class your car has you will have to get a green sticker in Germany.
