Gearbox fault after shop disconnected battery

I have an intermittent gearbox fault. It has started after a repair shop disconnected the battery to replace a coolant line under the intake. I believe the TCM needs to be reflashed and I’d like to know if this can be done with the IID TOOL. The repair shop it was in doesn’t have the capabilities to do the reflash.

The fault/limp mode goes away after restarting the car.

welcome to the forum..

before you spend out any money try this,

disconnect the battery , the correct procedure is in the wiki.

after you have re-connected, turn the steering wheel fully left and then fully right..this sometimes elevates the hdc error.. ... - .- -.
