Australia 2004 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Adriatic Blue

How does one pronounce Horwich? Horr-ich or Horr-ick?

I know some people from Renwick in Oz and they pronounce it Ren-wick. I thought it was Rennick.

I believe we pronounce the Australian city of Launceston incorrectly - we say Lon-cess-ton. I hear the Pommie pronunciation was something like Lonston.

A bit like Cholmondley is pronounced Chumley. Bloody Poms! Smile Ron B. VK2OTC
