2010 key

Our 2010 Vogue came with the usual pair of smart keys, but have only since discovered that neither key has a door lock hidden inside. How do we get a replacement? Bit concerned in case we get locked out, or the key battery goes flat unexpectedly…

You pull out the right hand side and the key blade folds outward.

If you have no key blade at all, you'll need to go to the main dealer with proof of ID and the V5 and they'll order you a key blade for the lock fitted to the vehicle. You can then get a duplicate cut elsewhere at a much more reasonable price.

It should be £20-40ish.

I had to do this a few years ago with a Mercedes and easiest and cheapest way was to order the blade from main dealer. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

As suspected, no emergency key in either means a trip to the main dealer. Thanks for the replies everyone.
