yes the 9.34 viewing was pants....we watched the falcon 9 launch and realised thats path was over the UK , waited and around 9pm it came over..very bright and big.. ... - .- -.

I'm very sorry Starlink wasn't very visible in the last 3 nights. About 20-25 satellites were expected to be seen, but only 1 or 2 of them were seen. In many places, people did not see any satellites at all. I know how annoying it is to wait outside and not see anything.
I'm still looking into the reason for this. I believe it's due to either not enough sunlight getting reflected (i.e. too long after sunset), or the owner of these satellites turning them around.
I checked other satellite tracking tools (including tools astronomers use, like Heavens Above), and they all had the same prediction as mine (i.e. same time and direction).
The prediction worked on Sun, April 19, with hundreds of successful sighting emails received from across UK and Europe. So it's not a timezone issue. The results have always been in your local timezone (including daylight savings).
Strangely enough, I'm still getting reports of successful sightings in other parts of the world. The site/app has served successful Starlink sightings since May 2019 to tens of thousands of users across the world, so I'm still investigating why only the last 3 nights have been failing over the UK.
Again, I apologize for the disappointing event, and hope to have better news soon.

we were lucky to see sundays pass which was spectacular, at least 50 odd were very visible....its a shame the last 3 nights were a failure...

I'm hopeful starlink 7 will use the same trajectory as last night and sround the same time.... ... - .- -.

Wonder who will have right of way up there?the ISS or starlink? It'll be like trying to get across a level crossing before the barriers come down.

You can see a scenario like Gravity happening when the ISS gets whacked by one of these satellites! Or a Russian or Chinese satellite being taken out by one. Then they wI'll see it as American revenge for covid-19!

We don't get dark skies at this time of year this far North......it's still pretty light at 11pm and the sun gets up around 4am, so not much chance of star gazing.

Come the winter, it's a completely different ball game......plenty to see in the sky if you have a windscreen wiper on your telescope
