I've read loads on past threads to do with running boards/side steps & received info from gents on here on their particular brand. Looking at various sites selling these aftermarket side steps, a few sellers comment on 'a small cut in the plastic sill cover is required'.
I fancy side steps + front & rear mudflaps as well, purely aesthetic nothing else, I'm having a meltdown at the probability of drilling the rear bumper & the front panel to hold said flaps to, I haven't accepted this yet in my tiny OCD brain & am struggling big time. If I have to cut anything off the sill covers then that's me goosed for good, it won't happen.
I then move onto the steps themselves, metal [which rusts] or aluminium [which corrodes]..........this lockdown is doing me no favours at all.................nurse...........NURSE!!!!!!  2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!

I am in the same situation but with a twist....

I currently have the front mudflaps fitted, which are already drilled, and want to replace them with sidesteps and integrated mudflaps....

So have LR been ISO enough that the integrated mudflaps use the same holes already drilled for the loose mudflaps or will I have to make new holes leaving the old ones exposed?

Does anyone know?
