Headlight wipers - fuse 28

Quick question,

Will pulling fuse 28 stop the battery drain issue? Are there any downsides to leaving the fuse out?

Rave states it only controls the relay for headlamp wash wipe so id assume its ok, but i've been there before.... Wink
