Mine did exactly the same, working fine one minute, wouldn't start the next, then would.

It was the pump for me, the commutator had worn and my guess is if the pump stopped at the wrong angle there just wasnt enough copper to make a circuit. Give it a nudge, and it would go.

My code scanner did give low fuel pressure while cranking code.

Its a cheap fix, but it's also worth doing a leakdown test on the injectors as that can give the same code and similar symptoms, you may have a combination of poor injector and poor pump.

Here's a pic of my pump (cut it up to confirm it was the issue)

How much fuel is in the tank?
Bubbles isn't normal. If you can get to a garage I'd fill it up and then try again.

If you turn her off (when warmed up) then attempt a restart. What happens?

I had the same issue on my TD6 which did turn out to be the secondary pump, so worth changing it if you've ordered one, they're easy to do, just inside a panel under the N/S/R floor, you should see cross head screw if you pop underneath the car then remove the small plastic panel, you will smell of diesel once complete Mr. Green
