Getting fault code "P0480-13 (2F) Fan 1 control circuit - general electrical failure - circuit open".

Search doesn't turn up anything of help.

Looking for confirmation that Fan 1 is the viscous fan and that the relay is in the box in the engine bay? I know I will need to check the connections and feed.

I am a little confused (what's new ) as any references in a search turn up references to the AC fan and replacing the FSR which doesn't seem to the problem.

Any pointers would be appreciated. Ta in advance. John

From memory you should have a 3 or 4 pin connector, top right of the rad as you look at it from the front of the car, I have mine disconnected as I have a viscous fan fault. Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
