Both turner and RPI do top hat liners and both very good

I bought a newly built engine from V8 Developments for a P38 last year and have been in touch with them about another. I've only just gotten around to fitting the first but it's running superb.

I would go straight back to V8 Developments without batting an eyelid. If you give them a call, ask for Rob and tell them I sent you his way.
