Key Low Battery

Hi all,

Have had the key low battery message and put a new battery in it, but its still coming up
after 2 weeks.
Changed battery again when I was in getting some parts in a LR dealership and
2 weeks later its still coming up. Evil or Very Mad

Have iid tool, is there a way to tell the electrics that it has a new battery or do I have to get it done by
LR==expensive.

Have only 1 key.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It can take a few locks and unlocks to learn its has a new battery.
Or try a new Duracell battery. Cheap batteries have shown to persist the warning. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

DrRob,
Its been 2 weeks since I got new battery from LR dealership,so thats around 4-5 weeks
since its been having :low battery:

Also I dont get the clicking after I put key into ignition anymore,as before I did.

Could it be that I have to reteach the car that the key is right for it?
