Bovee/Tune2Air WMA1000 - Music Plays Only Briefly

WMA1000 via the factory iPod lead - connects fine, my iPhone is visible on the screen under Devices, and I can select a track to play from Spotify, but it will only play for a split second. I downloaded a track from iTunes to my phone to check, and that’s the same.

Doesn’t make any difference if my phone is also connected to the car’s Bluetooth or not - any idea what might be wrong?

It is possible to update the software on the WMA1000. Might be worth checking to see if you have the latest and most up to date version.

Depending which one you have (even though they are the same not 100% the firmware is interchangeable)

Thanks, I’ll see if I can find an old iPod cable. Has anyone else had an issue with getting music to play?

OK - it has now decided to work, but it won’t pause or stop playing; if I pause Spotify, a second later it starts playing again, and if I close Spotify it just starts playing the single iTunes downloaded track on my phone, even if Apple Music isn’t open - and pausing/stopping that doesn’t work either.

Any ideas?
