Cabin noise?

We went for a family day out today in my My 2007 supercharged. What struck me is that compared to my 6series Bmw which is the same age the cabin noise is so much louder - not engine noise I will stress not whistling or anything just road noise etc.

Is this normal out the factory? Do door seals fail over time causing this? Is there something else[/b] Current stable:

I have exactly the same issue on my L322 2007 4.2 Supercharged. I am wondering if changing the door seals LR021647 is the answer. Its driving me nutz. Range Rover Vogue SE 2007 L322 4.2 Supercharged 121k. Engine rebuilt @ 120666 Miles

Local hardware shop for plumbers is your friend

Get some sponge insulation for pipes
Fit around door frame
Go and create some smiles per gallon
Listen to the difference
If it improves then likely to be seals are flattened down n need changing

Are you saying temporarily wedge it in each door and see if it makes a difference?

I have taken doorcards off and dynamat a bit of it, also I had a fair bit of noise I found coming in from the sun shade as well as rattles. Fox for that? £2 2mm neoprene tape around the ceiling which contacts the shade- dead silent now! Current stable:
