SVO arm rest adjuster

Hello
Has anyone fitted them to a facelifted car? The clip is different than Powerful Uk Ltd video and I can't get it out...
Seems to be my story today of not being able to do things on the car... SDV8 AB MY 2020

Ran into the same issue on my 17. Found this less than ideal video.

https://cloud.video.taobao.com/play/u/1789...908638.mp4

I ended up just grabbing the flat spot on the white clip with a small pair of needle nose vice grips and pulling sideways

If you have gotten the armrest apart to where you can see the clip, you are past the hard part IMHO.

Good Luck

That worked, how did you get the top off of the arm rest... I did it but not sure what caused it to happen. Would like to do the second one easier... SDV8 AB MY 2020

Did you remove the armrest top? If so, look about 3" (8cm) in from the rear, there is a plastic ramp the holds everything together. I got mine off, by prying gently up at the very rear (to clear the lip) and at this point (about 3" in) while sliding the top forward. The top should pop forward a bit, and then just lift off. Goes back together by pushing top to the rear. Once you have it apart, its pretty obvious how its wants to go back together.

Good luck.

The coat hooks I thought you could just pop off an existing cover or hook and pop these the autobio ones on? Guess not. Looks like you have to remove the b pillar panel and then drill into it/screw into it. No thanks. I have extended leather so not drilling into that. Would have been a nice touch though 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

Thanks... i don’t think you have to drill for the hooks. The current ones are also screwed in, unless it is different for facelift cars... SDV8 AB MY 2020

Has anyone found Genuine OEM parts in the US ? How much are they?

Found a set at eBay for $399 but doesn't mention anything about being genuine and I don't want to spend 399 for some crap Chinese stuff
