Newbie L322 owner

Always fancied an L322 so had been doing a lot of research before buying. Only issue was finding the right car for in my eyes decent money. Ended up going against all the rules and bought this after a FaceTime viewing on FB and a long Q&A with the previous owner who unfortunately was forced to give up driving.

I then had a friend bring it up to Scotland for me and I “seem” to have landed on my feet I hope. Full dealer/specialist history, Oil drain mod completed, Specification beyond any others that I had viewed and seen online.

On top of the standard spec it’s got the rear electric, heated and cooled seats, rear entertainment system and other odd things like the blind spot monitoring system.

Really happy with it and drives lovely. Getting the gearbox filter changed and an engine oil change for peace of mind. This site was a treasure trove of info while researching.

Does anyone else end up with a small puddle underneath from the AC even when the car is off? Definitely AC drain water as was crystal clear.

Congrats on a fine example acquisition. You are correct about the puddle of water, it's AC condensation. Thumbs Up

Car looks fab, yes AC drain is what you are seeing Thumbs Up

Check for any oil running down the rear of the block... Check this before having the oil changed or the gearbox serviced just incase the cooler is leaking and its missed for a while! Thumbs Up

I have had a look with a mirror down the back and cant see any leaks. Will probably order seals just in case. Also took it a big run and cant smell any oil vapour or anything. Any hints for removal of the rear arch liners so i can put the new lip protectors on and clear them out?
