Steering wheel adjustment problem

I have a problem with the electric adjustment of the steering wheel, when turning the key the steering wheel is loweing, the same way when removed it rises.
The problem is that it does not respond to control from the stick. On the obd does not show an error.
Where should I start looking for a problem?
