Random hdc suspension fault

Hi all - since Friday during a drive I get the suspension drop and the hdc suspension fault come up.

Turn off the car and back on no faults and it’s fine - happened once a day since Friday - any ideas? Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

Consider replacing your battery.

Think I fixed it and it’s very random - you may have seen another post that I launched my boat and the wheel well filled with water as the moron PO removed the drains. Somehow said water had debris in it and it clogged up the compressed intake tube. Took it all out and cleaned been fine all week. Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF
