Phone problems

Hi guys
Last few weeks I have noticed I cannot answer a call in the car, the old system and the new screen is the same, and answer buttons doesn’t work?
I can make a call no problem.
What and where do I look?

Just deleted my phone out the car and re installed it and will try that

Well it doesn’t work.
Caller can here me but I cannot here them.
Where is the phone module?
