Gap IID tool request/help Edinburgh

Hi all
Any members on here local to Edinburgh/East Lothian can help with loan of a gap iid tool?

Need help bleeding my brakes after fitting brake pipes and can’t get a brake pedal after bleeding brakes for last 3 weeks
Changed master cylinder etc 8 litres of brake fluid still nothing when engine is running
Seems I need to activate the abs then bleed

**Ps I don’t know if this is VIN locked so maybe not even possible so let me know**

just need to get back on the road and mot’d asap

Hi, I believe it is vin locked on the GAP too, sorry to say.

But it is only about £25 to update that, so easily done. In addition, there are other tools that can do that.

Shame you are so far away from me as I'd happily have helped; got two computers for that I'm sure there are some that are local.

As I was halfway through typing i realised it’s probably vin locked!

Any cheaper code readers that can definitely do this available?

A garage will be cheaper than a tool My other tool is actually much more expansive than the IID but it can code and do nearly anything on any car. There will be task based obdii tool, but in my opinion whilst cheaper they are more expensive as they just do one thing; then ther will be compatibility issue, chines vendors refusing returns etc...

Had to give up being mobile as I got too busy to keep travelling
