Driver airbag rotary coupling

It seems that the airbag rotary coupling squib is the cause of the airbag light always on. There is some refs for this part.
The genuine PN os XZR000020. I notice that this part is the same or similar that used by the BMW X5. There are two refs on the part body which are: 61.31.6901774.9 and 61.31.837909.1.
Fisicaly they are identical with the same connections.
Someone knows if they are the same part with all the features on the steering wheel?
