I have to replace the coupler of my super charger. Ordered a solid one from powerhouse.
Plan is to do it coming weekend if the weather let me. I read a lot about a hose underneath
the SC. Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the cooling water hose under the supercharger?

It's a preformed pipe and has a "Y" connection in it that means you would struggle to make one. I think Rimmer Bros have an aftermarket one at only a mildly extortionate price.
Will be worth doing your supercharger bearings at the same time. The snout bearings and oil seal at least are cheap if you buy them from a bearing specialist. 05 L322 4.2SC
