L322 - not very stolen compared to others?

Been browsing Facebook and finding all the stolen car groups...

Focus', Mercs, BMWs, Defenders, Velars, Golfs, Fiestas, L405s, RRSports all seem regular targets / victims.

But I'm not seeing many / any 322s .... ?
Seems the thieves have found more in-demand vehicles?

I thought it was age - the L322 is getting on. But then I am seeing Disco 4s, L320s posted up as stolen.

Who's had an L322 stolen?

Thoughts? Cheers, Greg

I've been lucky, never had a vehicle stolen, and don't know anyone in my area who has.

We do seem to have a low crime rate. Remember:- amateurs built the ark

about 6 - 8 years ago when the l322 was obvs newer, they were a stolen to order car.
there were posts about how to safely park your car in places like manchester.
I guess there are easier to nick more desirable cars out there now

Very difficult to steal something that doesn't start half the time!

Insurance on mine this year was a frankly crippling £221, a fortune compared to the M5 at £189 Laughing 2005 E60 M5

I am a member of a local LR owners group with a facebook page and hardly a single day goes by without another stolen Defender being posted. This is not an exaggeration, and the local area is not a crime hot spot.

I thought about getting a smart SWB Defender, but the sheer volume of stolen ones has made me decide against it.
