Scotland aux heater knowledge

Is there anything out here in Alba who knows their aux heaters? Mine is a 2011 Vogue SE and it seems I have a Behr unit, although my remote receiver in the back is a Webasto. Is there anyone in Scotland who knows their stuff and can look at it for me?

Perhaps you could describe what your issue the FBH is as they may give you access to more knowledge on here rather than limiting it to just those based near where you in Scotland 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE

Sorry about that. I had thought I had posted this longer ago. But it is my second post of the matter.
I am literally looking for the person rather than for self-remedy. I've been around this block a few times now, with fuel lines and clicking sounds and grey fields, full tanks and batteries, fuses in this slot or perhaps in that one or in another one.

I am really wanting to see if we may have someone, a person, who is experienced in this field. And I would go there, present my car and say, "what now"?

Just for the record I have had it at Strathearn Engineering here, who are NOT Webasto or Behr specialists but RR specialists and who said "it's working" and that they "tried it" and that it "heated". It doesn't.

So if we DO have someone who knows their stuff, around here in all of Scotland, then that would be helpful. If not, I will probably have to try an official RR dealer but also only after I've established if any of their people ever worked on a Behr.

Thanks all. 2011 L322 Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Borne

Borne. However, the Scottish government has been very clear about provisions covering essential travel, and car repair if neccesary for a functioning vehicle is exempt as you know. The heater for just heating the cabin may not be essential, however, it also does not heat up the engine when cold starting thus extending wear to the engine and unnecessarily increasing emissions. So, I've considered I'm alright. 2011 L322 Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
