Dummy OBD Port.

I've just ordered a fullfatrr.com sticker from the shop. While I was there I had a look at the other items, one was a dummy obd port, the idea being you replace your obd port with the dummy which is non functional. Why would you do that, is there something I'm missing?

There's nothing stopping you replacing the existing port with a totally non functioning second hand version & relocating the existing one far enough away to slow down / confuse any potential scrotes.
You just need to remember to tell any eventual buyer of your car - lol. Paul,
