Piggin mucky mechanics near my ivory....

And this is why I don’t like my car going in to a garage.

They might fix what it went in for, but you def have work to do when you get it back 😡

Rolling with laughter

I checked the workshop manual and nowhere did it say to touch the A pillar as part of the brake bleeding process 🤣

But then it also didn’t say to turn the radio on and change the source from CD to DAB.... or turn the AC off and forward alert....

Happens every time. I even take the parcel shelf out so they can’t touch that. Someone adjusted the passenger seat.... as it wasn’t in line with the drivers seat. I’m a bit funny, and also like all my vents level.... 🤣

Well I hope you don’t go outside looking like that Mr Verbose. Slight change in aerodynamics would make you walk in circles 🤣

Think I’ve got it all off with a bit of Vanish on a cloth.

I’d rather be safe than sorry. Took out the posh remote for the RSE as well.

I had ordered a set of tailored INKA car seat covers, but they cancelled my order as they were out of stock at the warehouse.

They put a plastic cover on the seat.... be grateful for small mercies 🤣

as it wasn’t in line with the drivers seat. I’m a bit funny, and also like all my vents level.... 🤣

Welcome to the OCD club....I too like the vents level......and the passenger temperature dial to read the same as the drivers irrespective of what the passenger says........the mugs in the kitchen cupboard all sit with the handles facing the same way.......and of course, in the correct order. Nurse.......nurse......is it time for my pills yet? 2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!

Don’t mind the mechanics touching/adjusting things in my vehicle, but only if no harm done!

Such as adjusting the seat for a test drive, or changing radio stations if the radio needs a fault troubleshooting.

But my car is not their toy so they shouldn’t just play with it.

Also, I’ve had mechanics break things when removing, because they were seized/cracked/had hidden faults... again, not unreasonable. But there’s never a good reason to get dirty greasy marks on your trim (especially non-wipable trim) and if they do it by accident, they should clean it replace it, free of charge!
