Tailgate unlocking when I start/stop the car

Just started doing this yesterday. When I press the start button, it pops the tailgate. When I turn the car off using the button, same thing again.

Is this a common fault? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
