Fuel consumption

Hello all,
My TD6 started to drink a lot. Now I have a consumption of 14.1L at 100. When I bought it about 3 years ago, I was 11. What could it be? The driving is urban most of the time.

Excess weight being carried around
Fuel leak
Driving style
Driving habits
Seized brake
Clogged fuel injectors
Clogged air filter
Binding transmission
Any number of running issues

I'd try changing the MAF (or at least unplugging it).
