Just bought a 2019 SVA swb
It has the 10.5 rear screens but dealer says that no remote comes with it.

Anyone with a similar vehicle that can confirm it their came with or without the remote?

My 2013 has the smaller screens with the remote in the centre rear armrest. I would assume the same for the newer models as the rear passengers should have control of the screens, not only the driver.

Maybe insist that the dealer contacts the previous owner(s) in case they still have the remote(s)?

Sounds like the dealer is trying to do a body swerve, saying no remote comes with it sounds like B/S, especially as it is an SVA. Otherwise what is the point of rear screens.

Otherwise hope all goes well with the new purchase

Yes the car should come with a remote. Storage is under the centre armrest lid next to the vanity mirror.

Are the 2 sets of headphones with the car as well
