Vin no

I have tried to get details of upgrading my navigation. I have entered the VIN no into the box but it does not recognise it. I have entered the vin no as per the dvla doc. Any ideas?

the navigation upgrade is around £160'ish from Landrover or cheaper from other suppliers.. ....

ATM Machine = Automatic Teller Machine Machine
PIN No. = Personal Identification Number Number
