[Wanted] Wanted Late 5.0 L322 with low miles or early L405 5

As above

Replacing our October 2005 4.2 Supercharged, trying to decide whether to go for a very late 2011/12 L322 or an Early 2013 405, considering both options if someone wants to sell.

Budget is flexible depending on condition, ideally would like below 70K miles and in very good condition for the age.

Would not be able to afford later 5.0 L405's would need to be an early one.
