Get some diagnostics on the injector values or do a leak-down test. My money is on a faulty injector as I have had the same twice before. 2007 TDV8 VSE

Diagnostic test equipment like iid tool, BMW IPNA, Carsoft etc will all show live values. If your garage does not have diagnostics God help you. A leak-down test is a common thing on common rail diesel to test the injectors l, do a search for lots of info on both. Stop throwing money at it, find the problem 1st 2007 TDV8 VSE

Hi, sorry i do not want to be right on this one!!
but with my TD6 that was the start of the end for my Gear Box!! i was told once it had failed that if i had serviced it when i got the those judders it would probably cured it and saved the box. I was consumed with fuel delivery so did not think about that.

How many miles on the car and have you ever serviced the box? they are known to be weak if not looked after with a service. 2012 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - Current
