How often are you supposed to change the coolant?

Greece 2004 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Java Black

Normally every two years or 30000 km on earlier models. Later models could theoretically go with twice that, at least.
But given the nature of the beast, I have my reservations if you know what I mean Whistle
