Whatever they are called, there's been many a time when owners have asked if the missing covers on the gutter rails can be sourced individually which they can't.
Now, an enterprising chap in the US has started 3-D printing replacement covers from a flexible material so no need to source the entire rails IF you can live with them being black.
I have no connection to the seller; just something I spotted on a Facebook group page.
HOWEVER, prospective buyers might want to wait because this first batch is made using PLA which is biodegradable and not completely waterproof. I believe he is looking into using an ABS plastic or similar for the next run.
