It looks like it to me as well.

Why is there so much hate for Range Rovers from the media.

its common to 'hook' the display vehicles up to battery chargers so they can have the electrics working for customers to play with...

Doesn't need to be an apprentice, I did that once to one of my cars...Like a silent killer, the smoke started to give it away to me that something was wrong Whistle

Scary incident. Censored

Lucky that no one was hurt. Shows how fast a fire can spread. The perfect example to illustrate the fact that you should always have an appropriate fire extinguisher in your car / garage / house - AND KNOW out how to use it! - First call 999 - THEN tackle the fire, if SAFE to do so, if the fire is inside a building, or any other enclosed space get out IMMEDIATELY.

To clarify - No I am not a fire fighter, but I work on very large tankers and we have loads of fire training, as we do not have the luxury of calling 999, thus we have to tackle any fires. A fire inside an enclosed space is bloody scary. Surprised not to see discarded / used fire extinguishers in the photos - but having said that, the fire probably spread too quickly and that they got out and called the professionals . The right move in this case as no one was hurt.

These days fire extinguishers ( ie Dry powder ) do not cost a fortune, and it shocks me how most people never even think about having one ready for emergencies. Not sure about these days, but in the past even Lidl and Aldi have sold them.

Not trying to preach, but any fire fighters who are members would probably agree with the gist of my post.
Have a safe evening folks.
