Mercedes bottle jack

My bottle Jack has wet itself! Oil pouring out from it!
Anyone done a repair? 2014 vogue se

If it is a reputable named brand, it may well be possible to buy a new seal set, fairly easy to carry out, as long as the plunger / cylinder bores are not damaged. Some kits on ebay etc

Has it been permanently stored lying on it’s side?? as opposed to standing vertical??

They are factory fitted lying on the side in the sprinter vans.
