Where is the front fog light relay located?

Apologies for being dumb but can anyone explain where the front fog lights relay is located on a 2011 Vogue SE?
The circuit diagram refers to fuse 3p, which I have found and relay 7p that is proving elusive despite both being in the “central junction box” apparently.
I had a look in the engine bay fuse box (and the rear one just for grins) but none of the relay icons look like they are for the fog lights.
Neither fog light works and no indicator appears in the instrument display when the fog light button is pushed. Rear all works fine. 2011 TDV8 4.4 Vogue SE in Galway Green with Black leather

Just guessing myself but could it be in the fuse box at the back of the lower glove box? 🤔 2012 Westminster TDV8 4.4 Indus Silver

That’s what I thought but there are very few relays in that fuse box that I can see and none of them are labelled as fog light. Are there any relays behind that fuse box? The obvious place would be the fuse box in the engine compartment but there’s nothing labelled as fog light in there either.
The circuit diagram clearly shows a fog light relay but all the other lights are operated through mosfets in the LCU, very odd. 2011 TDV8 4.4 Vogue SE in Galway Green with Black leather

Have just had a look at mine and, as you say, F3 is for the front fog lamps but no evidence of a relay for them.
The only 3 visible relays I have in that same fuse box are listed as being two for the power sockets and one for the entertainment system. 2012 Westminster TDV8 4.4 Indus Silver

**Quick update**
I haven’t found the relay so I started at the switch end, and... the switch module is faulty. I can switch the fog lights on and off by shorting out the switch terminals inside but the terminals never close when I measure it with a continuity meter.
I can hear the relay activating somewhere in the passenger side of the dash I think, so there definitely is one.
Anyway, new switch module order from eBay. 2011 TDV8 4.4 Vogue SE in Galway Green with Black leather
