Main dealer, I won't say who yet: has had our newly purchased approved used car back at their garage to sort a handful of issues (when will there be a day when you buy something that just works?) - anyway...

One of the issues was a gargle / friction sound behind the dash. Almost certainly the brake servo that's in a hatch in the engine bay, right behind the dash.

They stated it's all sorted. Used a bit of lube on a pivot and problem solved. They deliver the car back to us (massive operation for me with a newborn and baby seats / baby changing kits / etc + disinfecting the car each time) and it is NOT sorted in the slightest.

Where do these main dealers get off, just lying to customers?

In any case, are there any bulletins or known brake servo issues on the L405 ? Any help / advice much appreciated. '67 Full Fat RR
