Shudder fix

Well, I figured I didnt have much to lose by trying the Dr.Tranny LubeGard Instant Shudder fix.
My TC was just starting to show signs of shudder although 3 different experts test drove it and said it really wasnt bad at all so maybe thats why I got the result.
I put it in and went for a test drive.....yes, it worked!
I could not get it to shudder where it normally would. It also fixed the wavering needle syndrome. Further testing will now take place but I must say, for 20 euros, it really is impressive.
I figured if it will eventually need a rebuild, I might as well get the most life out of it before it dies and with a squirt of lube, pleasure has been restored ...Oooerrrr missus!

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zermatt Silver

Sorry to hijack this thread, save starting another one -

Question for CTC - Being a marine engineer, from experience, just the mention of additives for fuel or oils generally gives me the heebie jeebies, but, would you recommend using this additive, where applicable ?, as I am planning to change all the oils in my Td6. Currently no troubles to report I would value your opinion Sir. Bow down

As an aside, I read the above product description - 'Dr.Tranny LubeGard Instant Shudder fix'
I know it's not PC, but I do NOT want to be standing at the counter at my local supplier with all the HGV mechanics
listening to me ask for that stuff Rolling with laughter

Shudderfix Dr tranny

Yes I wasn't sure I have no issues and plan on doing gearbox oil and filter change and indy said they automatically use it unless customer does not want it. They just put it in as a matter of course. I've been told to not buuly anything other than the zf oil though. Which unfortunately is 3 x price, but if u figured its not ever going to need it again so what the hell. So brought loads going to change run for a bit and change again.
