New to me 06 supercharged

Well I bit the bullet and got myself an 06 Supercharged Vogue, collected it this morning and Iโ€™m fighting the urge to go out and start the deep clean ๐Ÿ˜‚ thereโ€™s a few things to sort out on it interior wise, and it needs to visit my local body shop to have some rust spots and scratches sorted out. Do it looks like Iโ€™ll need to increase turnover at work to start paying the inevitable bills, first off though is gearbox and both diffs oil change, engine oil and possibly plugs, wish me luck ๐Ÿ‘

Whilst you're under it, do the transfer box as well, make sure the fill plugs come out before you drop the oils Thumbs Up

If you are not doing any of the mechanical work yourself, AND , as you have just purchased the car, test EVERYTHING, from sunroof to HDC system, before you get it serviced. Go through a check list, it is soooo easy to miss something, ask me how I know Embarassed

Despite buying my TD6 around five years ago and being a professional Marine engineer, I still find out all kinds of things about my car that I previously did not know about, these cars can be a nightmare Thud but you still end up smiling. These things are addictive, welcome to the madhouse, hope you have a great 'reliable' experience with the new toy Thumbs Up

Take it on a quiet road and enjoy the relentless power delivery! Some one one said of the F4 phantom that it was a triumph of thrust over aerodynamics and itโ€™s not far off an observation on these models.

Yeah Iโ€™m new to L322 ownership (3 weeks) having just come out of a P38 and have learned that the L322 left standing will eat the battery power! Iโ€™ve now set up a CTEK charger for the down time, so Iโ€™m all good now ๐Ÿ‘

Mines also an 06 (07 facelift) Supercharged ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hmmm I bet that engine through a sports exhaust will sound epic! It sounds pretty good through the standard pipes!!

I could do with a visit to a decent body shop, it looks like the last owner touched up a few small scratches with a 2โ€ paint brush!! ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ
