Dragged this little lot out from behind the osf fog light - almost completely blocking air flow to the radiator that is tucked away down there. Air-con rad??

Cooler is the auxilliary engine coolant cooler, alledgedly for the TDV8 in warmer climes and higher loads such as towing. Have a look in the WM in the Wiki.
