L405 / MY10-12 L322 Brake Compatibility?

Can anyone confirm if the L405 front brake discs / pads are essentially the same parts as the MY10-12 L322’s (4.4 TDV8 & 5.0 SC) and are interchangeable?

The front callipers look very similar if not the same.
