Interior Light Bulb Changing

Flickering centre led needs changing - does the panel into which the diffuser and switches are inset just prise out? I can pull it so far, but don't want to risk snapping something...

Figured it out! Prise out the smaller panel first (it easily unclips, looks like a microphone in there?) and then release the spring clips on the lighting panel from behind and out it pops. 2011MY 4.4TDV8 Autobiography Baltic Blue

What is in the panel between the mike and sunroof switch?
